• Simply add a steak box to your cart.
• Input their address at checkout (only one order at a time and they must reside outside our delivery area).
• Pick a delivery day and check out. Delivery fee for nationwide shipping is included in the price.
• If you would like to include a note, please forward your confirmation email to customercare@freshmidwest.com with your personal message.  We will transfer it to a card and include it in the box.
• Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
